I honestly didn’t know what to expect… but after my first crochet session with it, my entire experience changed.

I realized just how much bad posture had crept into my muscle memory without me even noticing. While I wasn’t dealing with serious pain at the time, when I switched back and forth between using the pillow and not using it, I discovered I had crocheter’s elbow — a flare-up in the elbow after long crochet sessions.
