Very impressed with customer service: the 2nd one I ordered had a zipper issue (like, it wouldn't zip). I supplied some photos of the broken zipper, and customer service quickly sent a replacement. I keep my scissors in the side pocket, my phone, yarn needles, and crochet clips in the front pocket. Absolutely the best crafting investment ever!
