I received the lumbar pillow as a freebie in my order. It now lives on my chair along with the one I ordered for my husband. As soon as he tried mine, he wanted one also. Good support in just the right region of the back.

I was worried that it wouldn't be firm enough when I first opened the package, but after using it daily for a couple of weeks now, I can say that it is the perfect amount of firmness and is great for helping you maintain good posture with proper curvature at the small of your back.

I crochet a lot. I developed a pain in my hand. It occurred to me that if I could support my elbows it might help relieve this pain. I have been using the Valari pillow for about 6 weeks and I can tell my hand pain has lessened. I hope it continues to improve. Love the covers!

I use it in my vehicle and love it so much! Helps with my back pain while driving which helps tremendously bc I tend to shift and move a lot while driving and can swerve a tiny bit while doing so. Since using this pillow, I’ve not had to readjust as much if not at all.
