Very impressed with customer service: the 2nd one I ordered had a zipper issue (like, it wouldn't zip). I supplied some photos of the broken zipper, and customer service quickly sent a replacement. This pillow is so comfortable for crafting, reading and gaming. I'm experiencing less neck and shoulder pain from using it while crocheting, and it makes the other hobbies easier on the body. It may be pricey but it's worth every penny.

I have been knitting for 60+ years. I have fidgeted frequently trying to get into a comfortable place. This pillow has helped tremendously. My neck, back, shoulders and forearms do not ache like before the pillow. I like the support, yet I have moveability. It is sturdy and does not collapse like most pillows.
