I love this bag. It holds a lot but is comfortable and not bulky. And I especially love the outside straps I weave a shawl or jacket through them. The one outside pocket is perfect to keep a wallet accessible but also safe.I do wish there was an external pocket for my keys because the keyring is awkward to get to but I otherwise love this bag.
